Staff is very efficient and especially helpful. A nice size and well-kept rooms come with a bedroom, pull-out couch, plus couch. The location is convenient and stunning, just off central Dallas, Galleria, and American Girl.

This venue was exceptionally clean and had a special charm, my suite and all amenities were spotless, it's situated in a fantastic location, right by the Galleria shopping center.

The hotel was a great base for exploring Dallas. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff at the property were very friendly and responsive to our requests. Dallas Love Field airport was only a 17-minute drive away.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the toll road for a quick drive to the market. The metal doors in the bathroom and in the ceiling gave the room a unique and modern touch. The service was excellent, with the morning staff on 7/9/18 being just as good. The breakfast provided delicious options and the facilities were well-maintained. a positive stay with a few minor improvements needed.

Free breakfast and happy hour drinks were a plus

The bed was not very comfortable and the AC I believe was regulated as I put mine on 60 and woke up in the middle of the night several times both nights quite hot.

The rooms here come with a delicious hot breakfast made by the manager, and there's even a sofa bed for extra comfort. The staff was very helpful and responsive, addressing our requests within just ten minutes.
